Steak Chimichurri Loaded Fries. So good!!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 head roasted garlic
- 1 lemon lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.25 bunch cilantro
- 1 orange orange juice
- 1 lime lime juice
- 0.5 cup soy sauce
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp salt, pepper & garlic rub
- 1 piece steak
- 1 serving fries
- 1 serving queso
- 1 serving steak
- 1 serving chimichurri
Instructions
- Combine parsley, cilantro, roasted garlic, lemon juice, salt, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and red wine vinegar to make the chimichurri. Adjust oil/vinegar to reach your preferred consistency.
- Prepare the marinade by combining rough chopped garlic, cilantro, orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, and the salt, pepper & garlic rub.
- Sear the steak over high heat, flipping every 30-45 seconds until it reaches your desired internal temperature.
- Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- To the fries, add queso, slices of the rested steak, and the prepared chimichurri.
- Serve the loaded fries and enjoy.
