Jalapeno Peach Ricotta Crostini
Jalapeño peach ricotta crostini appetizer with hot honey

Ingredients
- 1 whole baguette
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 to taste salt
- 1 diced peaches
- 1 sliced jalapeño
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 to taste salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.5 cup ricotta
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 3 minced garlic
- 1 big squeeze lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 drizzle hot honey
Instructions
- Cut a baguette into slices.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt on the baguette slices and bake in the oven at 400° for about 5 to 7 minutes until slightly browned. Do not over bake or it will be too hard. The goal is to slightly toast the baguette slices.
- Prepare the peach mix: mix together diced peaches, sliced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice.
- Prepare the ricotta spread: Mix together ricotta, salt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Spread the ricotta mix on the toasted baguette slices and top with the peach mix.
- Drizzle hot honey on the crostini when ready to serve.
