Viral Pumpkin Marshmallow Popcorn

A sweet snack of popcorn coated in melted pumpkin spice marshmallows, butter, and pumpkin pie spice, then set into clusters. Ingredients

• 4 tbsp butter
• 1 bag Kraft pumpkin spice marshmallows
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 0.5 tsp salt
• 10 cups popped popcorn

Instructions

1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Butter is melted.
2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth. Marshmallows are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
3. Stir in the pumpkin pie spice and salt. Seasonings are evenly incorporated.
4. Remove from heat and immediately fold in the popcorn until evenly coated. Popcorn is evenly coated.
5. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Mixture is spread out and ready to set.
6. Let set 15-20 minutes, then break into clusters. Clusters have set.
