Creamy Mushroom Dip

Ingredients

• 1 lb mushrooms sliced
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 garlic cloves minced
• 1 tsp thyme
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 0.5 cup sour cream
• 0.5 cup grated Parmesan
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

1. Sauté the sliced mushrooms in the butter until golden. mushrooms are golden
2. Add the minced garlic and thyme, and stir briefly. garlic is fragrant
3. Stir in the cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. dip is smooth and creamy
4. Serve warm with crostini. served warm
