Cranberry Apple Fizz

This nonalcoholic drink combines cranberry and apple juices with lemon for brightness, then finishes with club soda over ice. It is mixed just before serving so the carbonation stays lively.

Cranberry Apple Fizz

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 480 ml cranberry juice chilled
  • 240 ml apple juice chilled
  • 30 ml lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 15 ml simple syrup optional, or to taste
  • 480 ml club soda chilled
  • 320 g ice for serving
  • 4 pieces orange slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the cranberry juice, apple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup, if using, to a large pitcher. Stir until the syrup is fully dissolved. The pitcher should hold at least 1.25 liters so there is room for stirring and the soda. The juice mixture looks uniform and no syrup remains pooled at the bottom.
  2. Add the club soda and stir gently once or twice to combine without flattening the bubbles. The drink is evenly mixed and still visibly fizzy.
  3. Fill 4 glasses with ice, about 80 g per glass. Divide the fizz evenly between the glasses and garnish each with 1 orange slice. Each glass is cold, full, and lightly foamy at the top.
