Cajun Seafood Ravioli Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1 pack 5-cheese ravioli
  • 10 pieces jumbo shrimp
  • 2 pieces lobster tails
  • 1 cup real crab meat
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 to taste Adobo, Creole, Old Bay, Garlic & Herb, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 pieces garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 to taste Adobo, Creole, Old Bay, Garlic & Herb, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 batch cooked seafood
  • 1 batch cooked ravioli
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 pinch parmesan
  • 1 squeeze lemon

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Season shrimp, lobster meat, and crab meat with Adobo, Creole, Old Bay, Garlic & Herb, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper to taste. Sauté in a mix of butter and olive oil until just cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter, add minced garlic. Stir in flour, then add heavy cream.
  4. Season the sauce with the same seasonings used for the seafood, add grated parmesan and let it simmer.
  5. Fold in the cooked seafood and ravioli into the sauce. Toss to coat and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Plate the ravioli and top with parsley, additional parmesan and a squeeze of lemon.
