Cajun Seafood Ravioli Alfredo
Cheesy ravioli loaded with shrimp, lobster & crab in a creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce

Ingredients
- 1 pack 5-cheese ravioli
- 10 pieces jumbo shrimp
- 2 pieces lobster tails
- 1 cup real crab meat
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 to taste Adobo, Creole, Old Bay, Garlic & Herb, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 pieces garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 to taste Adobo, Creole, Old Bay, Garlic & Herb, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 1 batch cooked seafood
- 1 batch cooked ravioli
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 pinch parmesan
- 1 squeeze lemon
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions and set aside.
- Season shrimp, lobster meat, and crab meat with Adobo, Creole, Old Bay, Garlic & Herb, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper to taste. Sauté in a mix of butter and olive oil until just cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter, add minced garlic. Stir in flour, then add heavy cream.
- Season the sauce with the same seasonings used for the seafood, add grated parmesan and let it simmer.
- Fold in the cooked seafood and ravioli into the sauce. Toss to coat and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Plate the ravioli and top with parsley, additional parmesan and a squeeze of lemon.
