Cheese-Stuffed Potato Balls
Delicious and golden potato balls stuffed with melted Manchego cheese, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces potatoes medium-sized
- 0 water for boiling
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour all-purpose, added gradually
- 0.5 cup cornstarch added gradually
- 4 ounce queso manchego cut into small cubes and frozen for 15 minutes
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 0.5 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon parsley chopped
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil, add the potato and cook until tender.
- Peel the cooked potatoes and mash them very well.
- Add salt, flour, and cornstarch to the mashed potatoes and mix until the dough is no longer sticky.
- Form the dough into small balls and place a piece of frozen Manchego cheese in the center of each one.
- Heat a small amount of butter in a pan over medium heat and cook the potato balls until they are golden brown on all sides.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and add minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the hot potato balls just before serving.
