Cheese-Stuffed Potato Balls

Cheese-Stuffed Potato Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces potatoes medium-sized
  • 0 water for boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour all-purpose, added gradually
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch added gradually
  • 4 ounce queso manchego cut into small cubes and frozen for 15 minutes
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil, add the potato and cook until tender.
  2. Peel the cooked potatoes and mash them very well.
  3. Add salt, flour, and cornstarch to the mashed potatoes and mix until the dough is no longer sticky.
  4. Form the dough into small balls and place a piece of frozen Manchego cheese in the center of each one.
  5. Heat a small amount of butter in a pan over medium heat and cook the potato balls until they are golden brown on all sides.
  6. In a separate pan, melt butter and add minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
  7. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the hot potato balls just before serving.
