Pumpkin French Toast Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Planet Oat Extra Creamy Oatmilk
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0 pinch nutmeg
  • 8 slices bread
  • 0 vegan butter for greasing
  • 0 maple syrup for serving
  • 0 powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of Planet Oat Extra Creamy Oatmilk, 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg.
  2. Cut 8 slices of bread into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Dip the bread cubes into the pumpkin mixture, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with vegan butter or oil.
