Cherry Vanilla Spritz Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 3 oz tart cherry juice for the mocktail
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice for the mocktail
  • 0.5 oz honey vanilla syrup for the mocktail; or more to taste
  • 2 oz sparkling water or club soda for the mocktail
  • 1 item cherry for garnish
  • 1 item lemon wedge for garnish
  • 0.5 cup honey for the vanilla honey syrup
  • 0.5 cup water for the vanilla honey syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste for the vanilla honey syrup

Instructions

  1. Add the cherry juice, lemon juice, and honey vanilla syrup to a glass filled with ice. Ingredients are in the glass over ice.
  2. Stir, top with sparkling water, and gently stir again. The drink is combined and topped with sparkling water.
  3. Garnish with a cherry and lemon wedge. The mocktail is garnished.
  4. Add honey and water to a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until the honey dissolves, about 2–3 minutes. Honey has dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool completely and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Syrup is cooled and ready to store.
