Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila blanco
- 0.5 oz Licor 43
- 0.5 oz coffee liqueur
- 4 dashes orange bitters
- 4 dashes cocoa bitters
- 2 dashes smoked saline solution (20%; smoked sea salt + water)
Instructions
- Rinse a chilled rocks glass with mezcal. Glass is lightly coated with mezcal.
- Add large-format ice to the prepared glass. Glass is filled with ice.
- Add the tequila blanco, Licor 43, coffee liqueur, orange bitters, cocoa bitters, and smoked saline solution to a mixing glass. Ingredients are combined in the mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until chilled. Cocktail is chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass. Cocktail is strained into the rocks glass.
- Garnish with a flamed orange twist. Garnish is in place.
