Chopped Chicken Caesar Wrap
A delicious wrap filled with seasoned chicken and Caesar salad, served warm and crispy.

Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 0 salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 0 oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 0 salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 clove fresh garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.3333333333333333 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 cup lettuce, finely chopped and dried
- 0.5 cup croutons
- 0.5 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 Large tortilla wrap
- 4 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika powder. Add oil and mix well. Let it marinate for 1-2 hours.
- In a pan, heat some oil. Add the marinated chicken and sauté on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, make the Caesar dressing by mixing mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and oil. Mix well to combine. Add water to thin out the sauce.
- In a bowl, add lettuce, croutons, cooked chicken, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Mix well to combine. Chop the mixture with a pizza cutter until finely chopped.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add the chicken Caesar mixture. Close the wrap.
- Heat a pan on medium low heat, add some oil. Warm the wrap on both sides until golden and crispy. Serve warm with a side of Caesar dressing.
