Korean Bulgogi Steak Tacos with Spicy Slaw
These Korean-inspired tacos feature tender bulgogi-style steak with a flavorful marinade, served in warm tortillas with a crunchy, spicy slaw and a drizzle of sriracha mayo.

Ingredients
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger grated
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 0.25 cup green onions chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak thinly sliced
- 2 cup shredded cabbage
- 0.5 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 0 salt
- 8 tortillas small flour or corn
- 0 sriracha mayo store-bought or homemade
- 0 fresh cilantro chopped
- 0 lime wedges
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, gochujang, green onions, and sesame seeds. Add sliced steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over high heat. Cook the marinated steak in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, rice vinegar, sesame oil, mayonnaise, sriracha, and salt until well combined. Let it sit for 10 minutes for the flavors to meld.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a gas flame until slightly charred and pliable.
- Fill each tortilla with bulgogi steak, top with spicy slaw, drizzle with sriracha mayo, and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges. Enjoy!
