Marry Me Chicken Potatoes
A loaded potato dish with seasoned chicken, a creamy sauce, and crispy potatoes. Perfect for a hearty meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g potatoes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp aromat
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 spray spray oil
- 300 g Chicken breast fillets
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chicken seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 25 g chorizo
- 1 spray spray oil
- 2 cloves crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- 150 ml chicken stock
- 80 ml light double cream
- 30 g diced sun-dried tomatoes
- 20 g parmesan
- 25 g chorizo
- 1 sprig fresh parsley
- 1 sprinkle parmesan
- 1 sprinkle chorizo
Instructions
- Start off by cutting your potatoes into small cubes.
- Add all the seasonings and some spray oil to the cubed potatoes.
- Cook the potatoes in the airfryer for 20/25 minutes until they are nice and crispy.
- Add your diced chicken to a bowl & mix with the seasonings.
- Get a frying pan nice and hot and spray with some oil. Add your chicken and cook for around 5 mins. Add half of the chorizo.
- Add your garlic, oregano, and chilli flakes. Fry off for a minute or so.
- Stir in the chicken stock, cream, tomatoes and Parmesan.
- Bring sauce to a simmer and leave for a few minutes.
- In a separate pan or air fryer fry the remaining chorizo.
- Once potatoes are cooked lay these in a bowl, spoon over the chicken and finish with some fresh parsley and parm. And sprinkle over the chorizo.
